Get creative with giant transparent balloons which can be customised with adhesive vinyl. These make the perfect addition to any occasion.

Instructions for use:

1. Stretch the balloon firmly in a horizontal and vertical direction.

2. Stretch the edges.

3. Fill with helium or use an electric air pump to inflate to appropriate size. 

4. Tie off.
